1. Trial Recommendation
We highly recommend that customers ask for a trial (if available) prior to buying a full subscription to verify that it is compatible with their device and internet connection.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
The service has not been activated.
There is a technical problem on our part that cannot be fixed within 48 hours.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
The problem is related to the customer’s internet connection.
The customer is not aware of how to install the service.
The subscription has already been used or activated.
The customer simply changed their minds after making a purchase.
